• Orchestrate IT projects, whether web design, digital marketing, or web hosting, delivering them on time, on budget, and with excellence.
• Collaborate across departments, aligning digital marketing efforts with the overall business symphony.
• Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, from social media to email and online advertising, ensuring they hit the right notes.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Operations Manager.
• Deep understanding of networks and cloud computing.
• A track record of success in managing IT projects and initiatives from start to finish.
• Experience with ITIL, Agile, or other IT service management frameworks is a bonus.
• Certifications like PMP, COM, CAE, or 6 Sigma Green Belt are a plus.
• Solid grasp of design and digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
